Course details

Kids
Kids 5-6yrs race 25m swim, 1km ride and 500m run. Kids 7-11yrs race 75m swim, 3km ride and 600m run on the Snowy River foreshore.
Fun Tri
200m swim, 10km ride and 2km run, with solo and team options. Local Hero entry is available for postcode 3888 residents.
Sprint Tri
500m swim, 22km ride and 5.5-6km run with solo, team and Local Hero options.

Race day notes

  • Date: Saturday 10 January 2026.
  • Event hub: The Marlo Hotel, Argyle Parade, Marlo.
  • Schedule: Race Roster lists the event from 12:00pm. Registration opens 12:00pm, kids start 2:00pm, fun tri starts 3:00pm, sprint tri starts 4:00pm.
  • Transition: Pub Green, Marlo, outside the hotel.
  • Registration: Online registration is preferred and closes at 11:59pm on the Friday before race day. On-the-day registration opens from 12:00pm and accepts card or cash.
  • Entry fees: Kids $10, fun tri solo $40, fun tri team $50, sprint solo $55 and sprint team $65.
  • Parking: Use Marlo township and foreshore parking close to the pub and transition area, then walk gear into Pub Green.
  • Briefing: Plan to be near transition before your race slot so you catch final course notes and any weather or water updates.
  • Race flow: Kids race on the foreshore, while the fun and sprint events share the same finish zone in front of the Marlo Pub.
